摘要
目的探讨一步法快速诊断霍乱技术(快速检测卡)在临床用于霍乱弧菌感染患者的筛查作用。方法应用O1/O139群霍乱弧菌检测试剂盒(胶体金法)检测来沧州市人民医院肠道门诊就诊的61例腹泻患者粪便标本,同时作便常规镜检、动力试验和便培养与之对照。结果快速检测卡和对照试验均未呈现阳性结果。结论快速检测卡操作简单方便,报告结果迅速,无需任何仪器设备,适于在医院肠道门诊使用,具有实用推广意义。
Objective To study the screening function of rapid one step detection of vibrio cholerea by Rapid Immune Colloidal Gold Strip in the patients with vibrio cholerea infection.Methods The feces samples of 61 patients with diarrhea were tested by Rapid Immune Colloidal Gold Strip for vibrio cholerea （O1/O139 kit）,and the feces were tested by routine microscopic examination,culture and motility test as comparison.Results Negative results were observed in both the Rapid Immune Colloidal Gold Strip test and the control test.Conclusion The method of detecting vibrio cholerea with Rapid Immune Colloidal Gold Strip is simple,quick,and suitable in use in intestinal tract department of a hospital or in epidemic military area.It is significant to spread this test technique.
