摘要
针对常用数控直流电源因按键输入抖动带来的不良影响,以STC89C52芯片为控制核心,采用红外遥控技术,设计一种新颖的高精度、遥控式、电压可调的数控电源.经测试,其电压调整步进0.1 V,非线性误差小于0.1%,适宜用于对电源精度要求较高的场合,具有低功耗、性能可靠、结构简单、使用方便和通用性好等特点.
This paper aims at the DC power supply for the commonly used numerical key input jitter due to the adverse impact to STC89C52 core chip,to control the use of infrared remote control technology and to design a novel high-precision,remote-type,voltage,adjustable CNC power.The test shows that the current adjustment step up to 0.1 V,maximum error is less than 0.1%.It is suitable for the power supply requires high precision.The system has many advantages,such as low power consumption,reliable performance,simple structure,easy-controlling and so on.
