摘要
首次提出了"师徒结对"耐久跑体育差异教学模式,并通过具体教学实践,发现"师徒结对"模式耐力跑从"互助出发"达到了"共同进步"、"互助学习"的目的,既促进了学生锻炼的积极性,又增进了学生间的友谊,是一种值得推广的耐力跑教学模式.
This research first proposed a difference physical educational mode—"teacher and pupil in pairs" endurance running.Through the concrete teaching practice,the results indicated that the cooperating running pattern made students progressing together and learning from each other,that is,the teaching model of endurance training could not only promote the enthusiasm that the students exercise,but also deepened friendship between students."Teacher and pupil in pairs" endurance running physical educational mode was well worth for popularization.
