摘要
目的:探讨一种实现医学图像不同区域的编解码算法,以便能够节约存储空间和传输时间,方便医学图像的管理和运用。方法:分析嵌入式零树小波编码算法的原理,并编程实现医学图像不同区域的不同编码。结果:此方法实现了具有感兴趣区域的医学图像压缩编码。结论:该算法得到了较低的均方误差和较高的峰值信噪比,能够满足诊断要求,是一种有效的医学图像编解码算法。
Objective:The coding and decoding algorithm of different medical image regions is presented in order to save storage space and transmission time to facilitate the management and use of medical images.Methods:The embedded zero tree wavelet coding algorithm theory was analyzed and programmed in different regions of different medical image coding.Results This method could compress the medical image of a region of interest.Conclusion:This algorithm has a lower meansquare error and a higher peak signal to noise ratio,and can meet the diagnostic requirements.It is an efficient decoding algorithm for medical images.
