目的:探讨一种实现医学图像不同区域的编解码算法,以便能够节约存储空间和传输时间,方便医学图像的管理和运用。方法:分析嵌入式零树小波编码算法的原理,并编程实现医学图像不同区域的不同编码。结果:此方法实现了具有感兴趣区域的医学图像压缩编码。结论:该算法得到了较低的均方误差和较高的峰值信噪比,能够满足诊断要求,是一种有效的医学图像编解码算法。

Objective：The coding and decoding algorithm of different medical image regions is presented in order to save storage space and transmission time to facilitate the management and use of medical images.Methods：The embedded zero tree wavelet coding algorithm theory was analyzed and programmed in different regions of different medical image coding.Results This method could compress the medical image of a region of interest.Conclusion：This algorithm has a lower meansquare error and a higher peak signal to noise ratio,and can meet the diagnostic requirements.It is an efficient decoding algorithm for medical images.
