论新形式下高校固定资产管理的持久性

On persistence of management of fixed assets in colleges

高校的固定资产管理工作是一项长期性、复杂性、艰巨性的任务。随着我国高等教育事业的发展,高校科研工作大幅度增加,各项的资金投入也随之增加,固定资产在管理上存在的问题也越来越明显。文章主要通过对新形势下高校固定资产工作的特点以及管理中存在的问题提出相应的对策和建议,从而进一步推动高校固定资产的管理工作,最终保证国有资金能够避免重复浪费,使固定资产发挥其最大的效率。

The fixed assets management for colleges and universities is a long termed,complicated,formidable task.With the development of our educationa business for colleges and universities,the research and the investment have been increased widely,which arose more and more problems on the fixed assets management.This papers gives some solutions and proposals on the problems above.The target is to optimize the fixed assets management,avoid the duplicated waste and maximize its efficiency.
