摘要 系统采用视觉成像技术实时窥视炮膛内壁状况(裂纹、烧蚀斑点和局部阳线断裂等),利用微位移传感器和微机测控技术采集炮膛内径数据,采用上下位机通信机制进行数据传输,由下位机完成数据采集,上位机完成数据分析处理,从而实现炮管内膛高清晰窥视和内径高精度测量,以及炮管的寿命预测。该系统已成功应用于某部地炮维修中心,实际测量结果表明:该系统内膛窥视图像清晰,寿命预测准确,能够满足炮膛内膛窥视与测径要求。 The computer vision imaging technology is adopted to peek gun tube' s bore, such as crackle flaw, ablation stain ,local fling rib rupture and so on. Micro-displacement sensor and microcomputer measurement and control technology are applied to sample the inner diameter data. The data transmission is realized by the upper and lower computer communication mechanism, data processing is carried out by the upper computer and data aequision is carried out by the lower computer. The gun tube' s bore and inner diameter can be peeked and measured with higher precision, and the gun tube' s life prediction also can be gained. The system has been successfully applied in ground artillery maintenance center of a department, and the actual measuring result indicates that the gun tube' s bore can be peeked clearly and the life prediction is accurate, so the system can meet the need of bore peek and diameter measurement.
