摘要
光纤陀螺作为船用导航设备应用时,环境振动对陀螺精度的影响不容忽视。探讨了光纤陀螺机械结构的振动特性,通过Ansys有限元软件对支架进行了动力学分析,在振动模态分析中得到了支架的固有频率与振型,正弦频响分析中得到了支架的频响曲线。对光纤陀螺支架的共振频率与振型进行了分析,提出了支架结构优化设计的方法并设计出一种新支架。
While fiber-optic gyroscopes (FOG)are used for ship navigation, the influence of circumstance vibration on precision of FOG can not be ignored. The characteristics of vibration of structure of FOG are researched. Base on the dynamic analysis using ANSYS, a finite element analysis software, the frequencies and vibration model of bracket of FOG are achieved and analyzed. In the process of the frequency response analysis, the curves of frequency response are achieved. On the basis of this, a method to optimize the framework design of FOG, and a new type of bracket is designed.
