以神经系统症状为首发的鼻咽癌11例分析

Neurological Symptoms as the Initial Attack of 11 Cases of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的探讨鼻咽癌的神经系统症状、治疗及治疗相关的毒副反应;提高对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析11例以神经性症状为首发的鼻咽癌临床资料。结果头痛是鼻咽癌早期最常见的症状,其次为眼外肌麻痹、后组颅神经损伤、听力减退。结论鼻咽癌原发病灶靠近颅底,扩散力强,易出现头痛、颅神经损伤等神经系统症状。鼻咽镜下活检、颅底薄层扫描是提高诊断率、降低误诊率的有效措施。

Objective To raise awareness of the neurological symptoms,treatment and treatment-related toxicity of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 11 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma whose initial symptoms were neurological symptoms were analyzed retrospectively.Results The headache is the most common symptoms of early nasopharyngeal carcinoma,followed by extraocular muscle paralysis cranial nerve injury,hearing loss .Conclusion The primary lesions of nasopharyngeal carcinoma near skull base,the ability of proliferation is strong,cranial nerve injury prone to headaches and other nervous system symptoms;nasopharyngeal biopsy and thin slice scan of skull base can improve diagnostic accuracy,reduce misdiagnosis rate.
