Exploration of Undergraduate Course about Computational Biology

摘要 介绍了生物信息学专业学生《计算生物学》本科教学现状,从教学的不同环节总结了教学中的经验,并就如何提高教学效果、培养跨学科的生物信息学人才做了积极的探索,以促进《计算机生物学》的教学改革。 The status of undergraduate course about computational biology was introduced.The teaching experience was summarized from different teaching steps in computational biology education.Besides,the beneficial exploration was carried out to improve teachers’ performance and train interdisciplinary talents for bioinformatics to promote the teaching reform of compulational biology.
