摘要
我国高校贫困生资助体系的形成及发展过程,不但是教育公平在我国高校实现及落实程度的有力反映,而且有助于进一步促进教育公平。文章将建国以来的高校资助体系及其政策的发展历程分为两个阶段进行梳理,并总结出每阶段发展中形成的特点。
