胸部摄影中DR的应用

Application of Digitalradiography in Chest Photography

目的探讨DR在胸部摄影中的应用。方法对300张DR图像进行评判,并统计出各级片所占比率,从中得出影响DR成像的相关技术因素。结果 300张DR图像中优级片率占90.3%,无劣级片;肺部基本病变通过处理后能清楚显示,对肺内各部位细微结构的显示率为100.0%;影响DR图像质量的因素主要有:摄片技术参数、机器性能、量子噪声、图像后处理技术和激光相机等。结论 DR图像比传统胸片图象质量好。

Objective To explore the application of digitalradiography（DR） in chest photography. Methods All 300 DR chest photographs were judged, and the statistics of the percentage of all levels of the photographs was made to find the factors affecting DR image quality imaging. Results In 300 DR photographs,the excellent photographs accounted for 90.3%,with no poor photographs and the fine structure of different parts of the lungs showed 100.0%. The DR factors affecting image quality included technical parameters of photographs,machine performance, quantum noise, image post-processing techniques and laser cameras. Conclusion The DR image quality is better than that of convenfional chest images.
