摘要
美国教师专业发展学校是一种多方合作办学的教师教育机构,师生的参与决策、相互沟通、教师领导和新颖的小组工作方式保证了学校的有效运转,改善了教师职前培训质量,促进了在职教师的专业发展。我国教师专业化发展应改造与提升现有师范学校的学科与知识结构,促进大学与中小学之间的密切合作;实施不同阶段的教师教育内容,促进教师专业发展的持续性;教学科研相结合,促进教师专业发展。
Teachers Professional Development School(TPDS) in United States is an educational institution running in way of multi-cooperation,where teachers and students’ decision-making,mutual communication and innovative team work ensure its effective operation for improving teachers pre-service training quality and promoting professional development of in-service teachers.Teachers’ professional development in China should transform and upgrade the existing discipline and knowledge structure of normal universities,so as to promote close cooperation between universities high schools and elementary schools.It also should implement the content of teacher education of different stages in order to promote the sustainability of teachers’ professional development.Meanwhile,it should achieve the combination of teaching and research to promote teachers professional development.
