静滴大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗重症病毒性脑炎35例临床观察

The clinical observation of the high dose intravenous immunoglobulin for severe viral encephalitis

目的探讨静脉滴注丙种球蛋白(IVIG)治疗病毒性脑炎的临床疗效。方法将72例病毒性脑炎患者分为治疗组35例和对照组37例,对照组行常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上,静脉滴注IVIG400mg·kg-1.d-1,连续5d。比较两组症状、体征消失时间及住院天数。结果治疗组临床症状、体征消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 IVIG对于改善病毒性脑炎主要的症状和体征效好果,并能缩短住院天数。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of the high dose intravenous immunoglobulin for severe viral encephalitis.Methods 72 cases patients were divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group was accepted intravenous 400 mg·kg-1·d-1 for five days under routine therapy and control group kept routine therapy.To compare symptom,signs,recovery time and days in hospital of treatment group with those of control group.Results The clinical symptom,signs,recovery time and days in hospital of treatment group were shorter than those of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Immunoglobulin can improve signs and symptoms of viral encephalitis effectively and shorten in-hospital days.
