磷素供应对三种蔬菜磷吸收分配的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用营养液培养的方法,研究不同磷浓度对小白菜、樱桃萝卜和菜豆的干重以及磷素吸收的影响。结果表明,3种蔬菜各器官的干重和吸磷总量与溶液磷浓度呈抛物线形关系,高磷浓度显著抑制了3种蔬菜根部的生长,与对照相比,小白菜、樱桃萝卜和菜豆在P浓度2.0 mmol/L处理的根部干重分别降低了20.0%、26.3%和20.0%,差异达到显著水平。随溶液磷浓度的增加,3种蔬菜的根冠比逐渐降低,蔬菜各器官(除豆荚外)的全磷含量显著增加。樱桃萝卜、小白菜和菜豆各处理茎叶的全磷含量比对照分别增加了47.5%~94.9%、45.6%~87.7%和44.6%~70.8%。高磷浓度下蔬菜奢侈吸收磷养分。菜豆各处理豆荚的全磷含量无显著差异,且随溶液磷浓度提高,豆荚吸磷量占总吸磷量的比重逐渐降低。 This paper was to investigate the impact of phosphorus(P) supply on the dry matters and the P uptake of rape,cherry radish and kidney bean using nutrient solution cultivation method.Results showed that the dry matters of three vegetables and the respective total uptake P varied with the P level of solution in a parabola function,high P level in nutrient solution could significantly inhabit roots growth,in contrast to P1,the roots weights of rape,cherry radish and kidney bean of P4 were significantly decreased with 20.0%,26.3% and 20.0%,respectively.The ratios of root/shoot of these vegetables decreased with P level in solution,but the P contents of all parts of three vegetables increased except beans.In contrast to P1,the P contents of the stems and leaves of the rape,cherry radish and kidney bean of P4 were increased with 47.5%~94.9%,45.6%~87.7% and 44.6%~70.8%,respectively.Excessive P uptake by three vegetables was observed.There was no significant difference for P contents of beans among different treatments,however,the percentage of the P uptake of bean to total decreased with P level in nutrient solution.
