森林火灾应急资源移动调度系统研究

Research of movable scheduling system of forest fire emergency resource

为提高森林火灾应急资源调度效率,减少森林火灾带来的森林资源和生命财产损失,建立森林火灾应急资源移动调度系统十分必要。系统采用了B/S3层架构,实现了无线终端连接有线网络访问森林防火专网,对应急资源进行查询,自动生成森林火灾应急资源调度方案。系统的应用能从整体上提高抗御重大森林火灾的能力。

In order to improve the efficiency of scheduling forest fire emergency resource,reduce forest resource and loss of lives and property caused by forest fire,the establishment of movable scheduling system of forest fire emergency resource is necessary.The system uses the B/S three-tier architecture,it comes true that a wireless terminal visits special network of forest fire prevention by connecting wired network,inquiring emergency resource,automatically generating an emergency resource scheduling plan.The application of system can improve the overall ability to resist a major forest fire.
