产品寿命周期费用是一个非常重要的经济参数,已成为现代质量观念的重要内涵和要素。为解决产品全生命周期管理中信息不全面、不完整、不一致等问题,通过对产品结构和产品寿命周期阶段进行分解,建立基于产品结构树的寿命周期费用分解模型。并在此基础上,开发简便、实用的产品寿命周期费用管理软件对产品寿命周期费用进行分析、管理。

Product life-cycle cost,which is a very important economic parameter,has become an important constituent of modern quality concepts and elements.To resolve the problem of incomprehensive,incomplete and inconsistent information in product life cycle management,the product structure and product life cycle stages were decomposed,and the life cycle cost decomposition model based on product structure tree was established in this paper.And on this basis,a simple,useful product life cycle cost management system was developed for life-cycle cost analysis and management.
