摘要 1992年出台的美国公共住房政策"希望六"计划又称作"都市再生示范计划"。在2000年10月,"希望六"计划荣获美国政府创新奖,得到国家的充分肯定。截至2008年,这个计划共计投资170亿美元,一些项目不但帮助改善了周围邻里的生活条件,同时也促进了整个中心城市的社区振兴。"希望六"计划已经成为项目融资、管理和提供服务等方面革新的孵化器。 The HOPE Ⅵ program,also called the Urban Revitalization Demonstration program,was created in 1992.In October of 2000,HOPE Ⅵ was honored with national recognition as a recipient of innovations in American Government Award.Up to 2008,HOPE Ⅵ has awarded over $17 billion.Some projects have helped turn around conditions in the surrounding neighborhoods and have contributed to the revitalization of whole inner-city communities.HOPE Ⅵ has been an incubator for innovations in project financing,management and service delivery.
