摘要
在分析传统的血液加热技术中存在若干弊端的基础上,提出了一种非接触式温度检测与平板式间接加热技术,对非接触式温度检测与间接式加热的工作原理和方法进行了阐述,给出了系统的结构设计,并对系统结构中的测控电路、红外线测温传感器、体外循环和液体循环回路等关键组成进行了分析。实验结果表明:该技术的应用有利于提高检测与控制精度,从而实现对传统血液净化系统的改进,在临床应用中改善病人的精神状态,消除了由于血液净化所产生的其他并发症。
On the basis of analyzing several defects in traditional techniques of warming blood,this paper proposed a kind of non-contact temperature measurement and flat-style indirect warming technique,expounded the working principle of non-contact temperature measurement and indirect warming,put forward the structural design of the system,and analyzed key components such as detecting circuit,infrared temperature detecting sensor,in vitro circulation loop and fluid circulation loop.Experimental results indicate that the application of this technique is helpful to raise detecting and controlling accuracy for the improvement of traditional blood purification system,thus improving patients mental status in clinic application and eliminating other complications resulting from blood purification.
