小切口辅助经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石

Small-incision assisted percutaneous nephrolithotomy pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of complex renal calculi

目的评价小切口辅助经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石的疗效。方法回顾性分析2005年3月至2009年7月采用小切口辅助经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石患者57例的资料。结果手术时间2.0~3.0h,平均2.5h。术中出血50~300ml,平均170ml,术后结石总取净率91.2%,一期结石完全清除率56.1%,肾盂梗阻解除率100%。术中、术后无严重并发症。结论小切口辅助经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石具有安全、有效、微创的优点。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of small-incision assisted percutaneous nephrolithotomy pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of complex renal calculi.Methods From March 2005 to July 2009,57 patients with complex renal calculi underwent small-incision assisted percutaneous nephrolithotomy pneumatic lithotripsy.The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results The mean operative time was 2.5 hours（range：2.0~3.0 h）.The mean blood loss was 170 ml（range：50~300 ml）,the overall stone free rate was 91.2%,and the complete one stage stone clearance rate was 56.1%.The patients with renal pelvis obstruction were totally solved.No serious postoperative complications occurred.Conclusions Small-incision assisted percutaneous nephrolithotomy pneu-matic lithotripsy in the treatment of complex renal calculi is safe,effective and minimally invasive.
