摘要 自20世纪70年代以来,对教师教育的研究从行为研究逐步转入注重教师教育观念、教育态度、策略与方法上来。于是初步形成了“教学效能感”这一教育心理学的热点研究领域。教学效能感是教师在教学活动中对其能有效地完成教学工作、实现教学目标的一种能力的知觉与信念,并与教学监控能力、教学行为和教学策略等因素之间有着密切的关系。本文着重探讨教学效能与教学行为的关系。 Abslaaet: Since the 20c 70s, the research on teacher education gradually focus to the concept of teacher education, the attitudes of education, strategies and methods. So initially formed a hot area of research called "a teaching efficacy" in educational psychology. Teaching efficacy is a kind of capacity of perception and belief to complete to their teaching work, teaching objectives in teaching activities. And it has a close relationship between monitoring capability with the teaching, teaching practices and teaching strategies and so on. This article focuses on the relationship of effectiveness of teaching and teaching behavior relationship.
