摘要 当前,我国的民族师范教育正处在体制调整的关键时期。民族性、师范性和学术性的有机结合,是民族师范教育发展的内涵要求。面对困境、找准特色,发挥优势、策略得当,是民族师范教育发展的关键,也是民族高等院校发展中的重要任务。 Nowadays, Normal Education of Minority Nationalities is at a critical period of system adjustment in China. The organic integration of ethnic, normal and academic traits is the intention demand of Normal Education of Minority Nationalities development. When confronted with predicaments, the key of the development of Normal Education of Minority Nationalities is to find characteristics, exert advantages, exercise proper strategies. Meanwhile, it is also an essential task for the ethnic Higher Education Institutions to execute during their development.
