关于海南生态文明岛建设的现状与对策

Situation and measures for constructing the ecological civilization island of Hainan province

1999年，《海南生态省建设规划纲要》得到了国家的正式批准，海南成为全国第一个生态示范省。十年来，在社会各界的共同努力下，一条人与自然和谐相处，经济、社会与环境协调推进的可持续发展之路已经在海南初见雏形。海南国际旅游岛规划也于2009年底获批。正式上升为国家战略。这意味着海南省的生态建设进入新的发展阶段，面临着新的目标和任务。本文从海南省所具有的基础和优势、十年生态建设现状与成效、遇到的困难和问题等方面，对近些年的生态建设情况进行了分析，并提出了相关的对策和建议。

In 1999, the ＂Program for building an ecological province of Hainan＂ got the formal ratification by the State.Hainan became the first ecological province as a demonstration. During the past ten years, Through a multi-power efforts, the road of man and nature living in harmony, economy, society and environment coordinated to promote the sustainable development has emerged in Hainan. In the 17th Congress of CCP, the ＂ecological civilization＂ has been put forward as an important content of the scientific concept of development the first time, meanwhile the planning of international tourist island is approved in early 2010, and is formally upgraded to be the national strategy. So Hainan＇s ecological construction has entered a new stage of development, faced with new goals and tasks. This article introduced the foundation and advantages, the decade ecological constructing status and effectiveness, the difficulties and issues encountered, and the ecological construction in recent years in Hainan, and put forward some relevant measures and suggestions.
