摘要
宁波市创新资金项目"智能型耐高温电子称量装置",主要由耐高温称重传感器制造方法、智能重量变送器仪表技术、称重数据无线发射与接收项目、防高温抗冲击模块式秤体结构等构成。项目技术研发解决了高温称重传感器制造方法,发明研制了缓冲型模块式秤体装置,研究发明了全罩式防护缓冲型电子秤机械结构,解决了称重数据远程采集传输;项目技术产品在国内冶金企业得到应用,替代进口,降低外汇支出,节约成本。
Ningho innovation fund program, "intelligent high temperature electronic weighing installment", is mainly composed by the high temperature load cell manufacturing methods, intelligent weight transmitter weighing instruments technology, data items wireless transmit and receive, anti-heat shock modular scale structure. R&D project solves the high temperature load cell manufacturing methods, invents buffered modular scale installment and full face protective buffer-type electronic scale mechanical structures, solves weighing data transmission distance; project technology products applies in the domestic metallurgical enterprises, replaces imports, lowers foreign exchange expenditures and cost savings.
