摘要
首次将可靠性设计理论与灵敏度分析方法应用于旁支消声器噪声控制,讨论了内燃机进气系统旁支消声器声学可靠性灵敏度设计问题。提出了旁支消声器声学可靠性灵敏度设计的计算方法,探讨了非正态随机参数的旁支消声器的声学可靠性灵敏度设计方法,应用四阶矩技术建立了旁支消声器声学可靠性灵敏度设计数学模型,给出了随着设计参数改变旁支消声器的声学可靠性灵敏度变化规律。
Reliability design theory and sensitivity analysis method is applied for the first time to the noise control of offset mufflers,and acoustic reliability-based sensitivity design of offset mufflers of an gas engine is studied in detail.A computational acoustic reliability-based sensitivity design method of offset mufflers is presented;the acoustic reliability-based sensitivity design method of offset mufflers with non-normal random parameters is also discussed;and the acoustic reliability-based sensitivity design model of offset mufflers is built by applying fourth moment technique.Moreover,the variation law of acoustic reliability-based sensitivity with design parameters of offset mufflers is given.
