摘要
建立了固相萃取-反相高效液相色谱法,同时分析了测定水产品种中9种氟喹诺酮类药物残留的方法。样品用酸化乙腈提取,正己烷去脂,C18固相萃取柱净化后,用高效液相色谱法分离,荧光检测器检测,外标法定量。诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、培氟沙星、二氟沙星和恩诺沙星检出限为1.0μg/kg,单诺沙星为0.2μg/kg.沙拉沙星为2.0μg/kg,氧氟沙星为5.0μg/kg,麻保沙星为50.0μg/kg。各组分平均回收率在75%-98%之间,相对标准偏差为0.5%~9.0%。本方法灵敏度高,成本低,通用性强。
A reversed-phase HPLC method for analyzing nine fluoroquinolone residues with fluorescence detector was developed. The fluoroquinolone residues were extracted by acidified acetonitrile, purified with n- hexane and solid-phase extraction, and quantified by external standard calibration curves. The detection limit is 1 μg/kg for noffloxacin, ciprofloxacin, pefloxacin, difloxacin and enrofloxacin, 0. 2 lag /kg for danofloxacin, 2 μg/kg for sarafloxacin, 5 μg/kg for ofloxaein and 50 μg/kg for marbofloxacin. The average recovery rate of the nine fluoroquinolones in aquatic products ranged from 75% to 98%, and the relative standard deviations were between 0.5% and 9.0%. The method was proved to be of high sensitivity, low cost and versatility.
