橡胶树几种根病的人工接种方法 被引量:23

摘要 以海南发生较严重的橡胶树褐根病、红根病、黑根病病原菌进行田间橡胶树根病接种方法的初步探索,结果表明:使用橡胶树病根根段、玉米粒培养基、橡胶树木屑菌棒制作成的3种接种体可以成功接种上橡胶树根病病原菌,其中以橡胶树木屑菌棒接种体进行接种操作较为简便,对橡胶树褐根病、红根病、黑根病病原菌均适用,成功率较其它两种接种方法的高,分别为100%、33.3%、100%。 Three pathogens of red root rot, damage to rubber (Hevea brasiliensis) trees in study. It showed that diseases root segment brown root rot and poria red root rot resulting in severe Hainan Provience were selected in the artificial inoculation inoculum, corn medium inoculum, sawdust of rubber tree inoculum could be used to have rubber tree inoculated successfully and sawdust of rubbe tree inoculum could be widely convenience and applied to pathogens of red root rot, brown root rot and poria red root rot with more higher success rate. The inoculation success rate was 100%, 33.3%, 100% respectively.
