该文介绍了近5年来离子色谱法在药品检测中的最新应用进展,包括在阴离子和有机酸、阳离子和有机胺、抗生素、中药材和多糖类等方面的应用进展。离子色谱法检测的独特性在于离子分离分析,可将其作为色谱分离的重要手段之一。
This paper briefly reviewed the recent development of ion chromatography on drug detection,which including anion and organic acid,cation and organic amine,antibiotics,traditional Chinese medicinal materials and polysaccharide.As its peculiarity based on ion separation and analysis,ion chromatography will be one of the important means of chromatographic separation.
