高效液相色谱法测定桑菊感冒合剂中连翘苷含量

Determination of Phillyrin Contents in Sangju Ganmao Mixture by HPLC

目的测定桑菊感冒合剂中连翘苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(25∶75)为流动相,检测波长277nm。结果连翘苷进样量在0.11～2.20μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,加样回收率为98.59%,RSD为0.75%(n=6)。结论所用方法快速、准确,可用于桑菊感冒合剂的质量控制。

Objective To determine the contents of phillyrin in Sangju Ganmao Mixture.Methods The HPLC method was adopted and the C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（25 ∶75）.The detection wavelength was at 277 nm. Results The calibration curve of phillyrin was linear in the range of 0.11-2.20 μg（r=0.999 9）,the average recovery rate was 98.59%,RSD=0.75%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is quick and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Sangju Ganmao Mixture.
