我院门诊二类精神药品临床使用分析

Analysis of TypeⅡPsychotropic Drugs in Outpatients of Our Hospital

目的了解二类精神药品使用情况,并评价其合理性。方法对2007年6月至2008年12月门诊2465张二类精神药品处方使用情况进行统计分析,采用限定日剂量(DDD)和药物利用指数(DUI)为指标进行合理用药评价。结果门诊5种常用精神药品中,地西泮片处方量最多(31.30%),其次是阿普唑仑(24.94%)。药品用药频度高低依次为阿普唑仑、地西泮片、艾司唑仑片、地西泮注射液、苯巴比妥钠注射液。有4种精神药品的DUI值小于1.0,苯巴比妥钠注射液的DUI值略大于1.0。结论二类精神药品使用情况及药物选择基本合理,医生对药物的选择总体较适宜,符合《麻醉药品和精神药品管理条例》的要求。

Objective To investigate the use of psychotropic drugs for outpatients in our hospital and to evaluate its reasonableness. Methods To carry out statistical analysis of the total 2 465 prescriptions of typeⅡpsychotropic drugs used in outpatient department from June 2007 to December 2008 and to analyze rational administration of drugs with the defined daily dose （DDD） and the drug utilization index（DUI） as indicator.Results Among the five kinds of typeⅡpsychotropic drugs,Diazepam Tablets （31.30%） ranked at the first place in terms of numbers of prescriptions and followed by Alprazolam Tablets （24.94%）.Alprazolam Tablets,Diazepam Tablets,Estazolam Tablet,Diazepam Injections and Phenobarbital Injections were showed higher percentages in terms of DDDs respectively.The DUI in four kinds of commonly used typeⅡpsychotropic drugs was less than 1.0,and only Sodium Phenobarbital Injection＇s DUI was slightly larger than 1.0.Conclusion The use of typeⅡpsychotropic drugs in our hospital was reasonable on the whole.And drugs were selected overall better by doctors,basically according to the Regulations on Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs.
