小剂量激素联合来氟米特与甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎50例

Efficacy of Low-Dose Hormone Combined Leflunomide and Methotrexate on Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis in 50 Cases

目的探讨小剂量激素联合来氟米特与甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法将类风湿关节炎患者100例随机均分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予甲氨蝶呤10mg/周和来氟米特10mg/d。治疗组加用强的松10mg,1次/d,疗程48周,病情控制后逐渐减量至停药,一般为3～6个月。治疗12周后观察两组患者晨僵、关节肿胀数、关节压痛数、双手握力、血沉(ESR)等指标。结果治疗组总有效率为88.00%,明显高于对照组的70.00%;治疗组各项观察指标均较对照组有显著变化(P<0.05)。结论小剂量激素联合来氟米特与甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎疗效满意。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of low-dose hormone combined leflunomide and methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated in our hospital from 2003 to 2009 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group.The two groups were given methotrexate 10 mg/week and leflunomide 10 mg/d. On this basis,the treatment group was added prednisone 10 mg,once daily for 48 weeks.After controlling the disease condition,prednisone dose was gradually reduced till discontinuance,generally for 3-6 months.After 12 weeks of treatment,morning stiffness,swollen joint counts,tender joint counts,double-grip strength were observed and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） was measured in the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 88.00%,which was obviously higher than 70.00%in the control group,with significant difference（P〈 0.05）.The various observing indexes in the treatment group were changed significantly compared with the control group.The statistical analysis showed the significant difference between the two groups（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The low-dose hormone combined leflunomide and methotrexate has satisfactory effect in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,which is worthy to be popularized and applied.
