聚酰胺-胺型纳米载体在基因治疗中的应用

摘要 高效、安全和靶向的载体系统是基因治疗成功的关键。病毒载体系统因毒性、免疫原性等安全隐患.其临床应用受到很大限制;而非病毒载体系统转染效率一直不如前者。近年来出现的纳米微粒基因转移技术有可能突破这一窘境,使基因治疗成为临床常规治疗手段。
