耳声发射产生机制的新认识

A new viewpoint on the generation mechanism of otoacoustic emissions

摘要 耳声发射(OAEs)产生于内耳耳蜗,目前已被广泛地应用于听力诊断和耳蜗机制的研究中。然而迄今为止,对于耳声发射是如何从其产生位置传播至蜗底的问题,尚未完全研究清楚。主流的观点认为OAEs是通过沿耳蜗基底膜传播的逆向行波到达蜗底的,是一个慢速的横向波。而近年来.一些学者经过实验提出了一个新观点.认为OAEs是经由像可压缩性波一样的蜗内液体传播至蜗底的,是一个快速纵向波。
