摘要
为准确地分析工业生产中的各种数据参数,结合高速DSP和FPGA的特点,设计一套数据采集系统,应用FPGA的内部逻辑实现时序控制,以DSP作为采集系统的核心,对采集到的数据进行滤波等处理,并将处理后的结果通过USB口传输到计算机。设计中还采用ADC0809模数转换器。该系统采集信号频率范围宽、数据传送量大、数据传输速度高,并具有较强的扩展能力,并且具有电路结构简单、功耗低、数据传输方便等优点,可用于电压、电流、温度、压力等参量的采集系统中。
in order to analyze a variety of parameters in industrial production, a data acquisition system is de- signed according to the features of high-speed DSP and FPGA .The use of FPGA's internal logic make it possible to achieve timing control .DSP is used as the core in the acquisition system so that it can cope with the collected data by filtering,and the final results can be transported to computers through the USB port.ADC0809 is also be used in this design. The system can collect signal frequency widely, and send much data at a high speed. Not only does it have a stronger capacity to expand, a simple circuit structure using low power consumption, but also it is convenient to transfer data that can be used in the acquisition system of voltage, current, temperature and pressure for collecting Parameters.
