电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定富硒酒中的硒含量

Determination of selenium in selenium accumulating distilled spirit with ICP-AES

本文采用等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定富硒白酒中硒元素含量。实验结果表明硒元素标准曲线线性关系良好,相关系数在0.9999以上,加标回收率在92%～109%之间,RSD(相对标准偏差)值低于3%。方法操作简便、快捷,且能同时测定铅、锰等多种金属元素,可用于富硒酒中硒的测定。

This paper attemps to determine selenium in selenium accumulating distilled spirit by ICP-AES Re- sults show that the linear relation is excellent and the relative coefficient is greater than 0.9999. The recovery rate of selenium is 92%-109%. the RSD of and selenium is less than3%. The method is simple and suitable for deter- mining selenium, lead and manganese and so on in selenium accumulating distilled spirit at the same time.
