高职实验室运行管理中的坚持与创新

现行高职实验室改革有三个主要特征，一是从上到下，基层教师与学生被动参与，其次是企业管理理念引进校园没有作必要修正，三是改革决策者、执行者、评价者合而为一，正是由于这些特征使得很多改革成了概念炒作，没有真正解决广尖群众关心的问题。

There are three main features of the reform in laboratory management of vocational colleges. First,from top to bottom, the passive participation of grass-roots teachers and students. Second, enterprise management concept is applied mechanically. The third, decision-makers, implementers, evaluators of reform are combined into one. All these result in that the reform never stop but solve few problems. The fundamental solution lies in upholding the mass line
