民族院校辅导员队伍建设的思考研究

民族院校学生思维和心理特点不同于普通院校，其辅导员思想政治工作相应的带有民族性。辅导员思想政治工作应立足于民族文化、风俗习惯、宗教信仰的理解和对民族宗教政策的准备把握上。
