航空煤油输油管线碰口作业技术探讨

摘要 中国航油重庆分公司近期完成了两次航空煤油输油管线改线碰口作业,此次作业是重庆分公司进行的规模最大、难度最高的碰口作业,作业过程中克服了管线余油回收缓慢、烟囱效应、部分焊口无法封堵、施工时间紧张等困难,为类似作业积累了一定的经验。文章对顺利完成作业的过程和作业过程中的技术创新进行了详细的介绍,同时对今后类似作业提出了几点设想。 Chongqing branch of China National hviation Fuel Group Corporation had finished twice hits of aviation kerosene pipeline rerouted port operations. since the establish of chongqing branch, in this operat such as the slow recovery of remaining oil pipeline, construction time, accumulated a certain amount of expe This operation is the largest and most difficult attempt ion process, we have overcame some technical difficulties, stack effect and some welds can not be plugged, tight rience for future similar operations.
