前列腺增生切除术后排尿困难的原因及防治

目的探讨前列腺增生症术后导致排尿困难的原因和防治方法。方法回顾性分析38例前列腺摘除术后发生排尿困难病例的临床资料。结果经前列腺摘除术术后发生排尿困难20例;行TURP术后发生排尿困难18例,主要原因是腺体组织残留、膀胱颈挛缩。结论术中操作和手术前后处理不当是引起术后排尿困难的主要原因,一旦发生,则可根据不同原因采取不同方法治疗,对前列腺腺体残留和膀胱颈挛缩腔镜下治疗效果满意,定期尿道扩张是辅助治疗方法 ,效果较佳。
