宫颈电圈切除术治疗慢性宫颈炎82例临床分析

目的分析电圈切除术治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效。方法在阴道镜放大条件下,选取切割和电凝混合的输出电流。结果放电极尖端产生高频(3.8MHz)电波接触身体后,由组织本身阻抗吸收电波而瞬间产生高热,通过圆形电极切除宫颈组织。结论电圈切除术治疗慢性宫颈炎具有创伤小、疗效好、恢复快、不易损伤宫颈机能等优点。

Objective To analyze the loop electrosurgical excision of the efficacy of treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods colostomy amplification conditions,select cutting and coagulation mixture of output current.Results A very sophisticated high-frequency discharge（3.8MHz） radio contact with the body,by the absorption of radio waves and the impedance of the organization itself produces instant heat,through the removal of the cervix circular electrodes organization.Conclusion The loop electrosurgical excision in the treatment of chronic cervicitis with less trauma and good curative effect and rapid recovery,not easy to damage cervical and so on.
