引起异位妊娠相关因素的病例对照研究

目的探讨引起异位妊娠的相关因素。方法 2007年2月～2009年12月我院共收治异位妊娠孕妇70例作为观察组,按1:2随机选择140例同期正常妊娠者的妇女作为对照组,对异位妊娠相关指标进行病例对照研究。结果影响异位妊娠的单因素分析提示11个变量是异位妊娠的危险因素(P<0.05),Logistic多因素病例对照研究,筛选出异位妊娠的独立危险因素按OR值的大小依次为妇科炎症、带宫内节育器、腹部手术史、未婚。结论多种因素的存在影响异位妊娠,应针对上述危险因素采用针对性预防措施减少异位妊娠的发生。
