康复训练对脑瘫患儿的临床效果分析

目的探讨康复训练对脑瘫患儿的临床效果影响。方法 124例脑瘫患儿被分为实验组(n=63)和对照组(n=61),两组均给予基本相同的康复训练,实验组由家长指导康复训练,对照组留院接受康复训练。结果实验组显效率为77.8%,总有效率为98.4%,对照组显效率为78.7%,总有效率为86.7%,两组康复效果相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论留院康复和家庭康复各有自己的优势和不足,患儿家属应根据具体情况选择适合患儿的康复模式,以达到最好的康复效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect influence on rehabilitation training used in children patients with cerebral palsy.Methods 124 cases of children patients with cerebral palsy were divided into experimental group（n=63） and control group（n=61）.Both groups were given basically same rehabilitation training;the experimental group were trained in home and control group in hospital.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 98.4%,the excellent rate was 77.8%,and the data in control group was 96.7% and 78.7%,the rehabilitation effect of two group has no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Both rehabilitation training in home and in hospital have each advantage and limitation,so,for best rehabilitation effect,it should choose model of rehabilitation training according to own condition
