摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT对儿童、老年人急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析22例经手术和病理证实为儿童、老年人急性阑尾炎的CT横轴位图像及多平面重组(multi planar reformation,MPR)图像。结果 22例患者中CT诊断急性阑尾炎21例,诊断符合率95.4%,20例与手术和病理相同,准确率90.9%,1例分级错误,仅1例CT未能做出诊断。结论多层螺旋CT扫描对儿童、老年人急性阑尾炎有较高诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the value of MSCT in diagnosis of children,elderly patients with acute appendicitis.Methods CT axial images and MPR images of children,elderly patients with acute appendicitis proved by surgery and pathology in 22 cases were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of 22 cases of acute appendicitis,21 cases diagnosed by CT,20 cases diagnosed by CT accurately,1 case was failed in classification,1 case couldn＇t diagnosed by CT,the diagnosis rate was 95.4%,the accuracy was 90.9%.Conclusion MSCT were higher diagnostic value in children,elderly patients with acute appendicitis.
