临床护理路径在脑梗死患者中的应用

目的探讨临床护理路径在脑梗死患者中应用的临床效果。方法随机选择2009年1月～2009年12月急性脑梗死患者120例,按入住病房分为观察组60例和对照组60例,对照组实施急性脑梗死的常规护理,观察组患者应用临床护理路径进行护理。结果 2组比较观察组自理能力恢复好,对护理满意度高,平均住院天数短。结论临床护理路径是整体护理的一种工作模式,是整体护理的深入,为整体护理的改革及护理质量管理提供了一种有效的方法和途径。

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of the path to cerebral infraction patients,apply the methods the clinical effect.Methods Selection 2009 January-2009 December acute cerebral infraction patients for 120,according to the observation group are divided into fifty and sixty cases,the implementation of the acute cerebral infraction of the general care and the observation group of clinical path in the application of nursing care.Results The two groups of the more capable observation group back to the care and satisfaction,the average number.Conclusion The clinical treatment is the path of a working model,is integrated into nursing,for the care of the reform and nursing quality management provides an effective means and channels.
