高频彩超、钼靶及二者联合应用在乳腺癌早期诊断中的价值探讨

目的评价高频彩超、钼靶及二者联合应用在早期乳癌诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析我院2003年1月至2009年12月经手术病理证实为乳腺癌且超声显示包块小于2cm的374例病例资料,以病理检查结果为诊断标准,比较超声、X线钼靶和两者联合检查在乳腺癌早期诊断中的作用。结果高频彩超诊断乳腺癌敏感性80%;钼靶诊断乳腺癌敏感性74.6%;二者联合诊断敏感性88.9%。P<0.5。结论高频彩超在乳腺癌的诊断中具有较高的敏感性、钼靶次之,超声检查与x线钼靶摄片结合能显著提高诊断敏感性,降低误漏诊率,在乳腺癌筛查和早期诊断中具有较高的价值。

Objective To explore the effects of high-frequency ultrasonography and x-ray mammography in the diagnosis of early breast cancer.Methods Three hundreds and seventy four patients of early breast cancer with the diameter being equal to or less than 2cm were examined by highfrequency ultrasonography and x-ray mammography.comparing the results of high-frequency ultrasound,mammography.and combined results of the two methods.Results The coinidence rates of high-frequency ultrasonography,x-ray mammography and the combination of the two methods in diagnosis of early breast cancer were 80%,74.6%and 88.1% respectively.Conclusion The combination of high-frequency ultrasonography and x-ray mammography can greatly improve the diagnosis of early breast.
