摘要
怀洪新河在现状工程条件下,将正常蓄水位由设计蓄水位抬升至校核蓄水位,将新增1.1×108m3调蓄库容,如果涉及复蓄,将新增2~3亿m3的可供水量,对缓解皖东北地区干旱缺水矛盾具有重要的战略意义。本文利用蚌埠闸46年水位资料及吴家渡57年流量资料,详细分析了怀洪新河蓄水的可行性与保证率,并提出了相应的管理措施,可供相关管理和规划部门决策时参考。
Under the present project condition,if the normal storage water level of Huaihongxin River is raised up to check storage level from design storage level,the effective storage will increase by 0.11 billion m3.Considering the over storage,supplied water will increase by 0.2-0.3 billion m3.It is very important to solve the drought problem and lack of water in northwestern part of Anhui Province.46 years water level of Bengbu Sluice and 57 years discharge of Wujiadu were used to analyze the feasibility and probability of Huaihong River storage.And this paper put forward management measures to the related management and program departments for decision reference.
