摘要
低碳技术是指更低温室气体排放的技术,它包含工具与工艺两方面内涵。低碳技术创新的条件有两个:一是工具创新,二是工艺创新。低碳技术创新的途径有三种:一是工具创新占主导的途径,二是工艺创新占主导的途径,三是工具与工艺创新完美结合的途径。三种途径对应着科研占主导的创新、市场占主导的创新和产学研一体化的创新。
Low-carbon technologies is technology that lower greenhouse gas emissions,which includes both content of tools and process.The conditions for low-carbon technology innovation there are two: one tool for innovation,and second is process innovation.Low-carbon technology innovation in three ways: First,the dominant way to create tools,the second is the dominant way to process innovation and the third is the perfect combination of tools and process innovation approach.Three ways correspond to the dominant R D innovation,market-dominated innovation and combination of production,studying and researching innovation.
