工程社会学视野中的工程投资者

An Overview of the Engineering Investors from the Perspective of Sociology of Engineering

工程投资者指在限定的时间内为特定的工程项目实施投资行为的投资者,是工程共同体的重要组成部分。本文分析了投资者的构成变迁和角色特征变化,概括了工程投资者的特殊内涵和四种分类。工程投资者拥有推动社会生产力的社会功能,但工程投资者的社会形象表现出复杂情况。工程投资者比一般投资者需要拥有更加健康的投资心理,需要同时兼顾投资活动的经济因素和伦理因素。

An engineering investor means an investor who implements investment behavior for specific projects in a limited period.It is an important part of the Engineering Community.This article not only explains the concepts of investment,engineering,engineering investment,but also analyzes the changes in the composition and the role of investors.Meanwhile,it outlines the special meaning and four categories of the engineering investors.The author believes that engineering investors have a function of promoting the social productive forces,however,as it only in the early period needs financing,the engineering investors＇ social image is not fully recognized by the public.Comparing with other investors,engineering investors require having more healthful investment psychology,and considering the economic factors and ethical factors of the investment activities at the same time.
