摘要
发展伦理作为发展研究的新兴课题日益凸显,阿玛蒂亚.森与德尼.古莱是当前研究发展伦理思想的两位重要代表人物,前者的"发展即自由"理论将发展看做是扩展相互联系着的"实质自由"的综合过程,强调如何将发展的价值融入发展的各个环节之中,后者将发展伦理学看作"一种实践",强调各国在制定以及实施发展政策的具体实践活动中如何运作发展的价值规范。两人不同的理论旨趣与研究视角都对"发展伦理"问题作出了相当精辟同时极为有见地的分析探讨,并不谋而合的论证了发展价值性的普遍前提性规范及其实践可行性,但是两人探讨视角的不同也导致了他们在这些问题上的分歧,由此为我们提供了不同视角在解决发展伦理问题时的各自优势和缺陷。据此,我们将从普遍价值规范视角和实践可行性维度提出"发展伦理"合理性的两大原则规范。
As a new research field,＂development ethics＂is highlighted more and more,Sen and Goulet are two representative experts of development ethics,through development as freedom,Sen regards the development as a comprehensive process to expand ＂Substantive freedom＂,and emphasis how to relate the development values to every link of development,Goulet regards the development ethics as one practice,he emphasis how to operate the development values when a country formulate and practize the development policy.Their different research angles analyze and discuse penetratingly the development ethics problem,further more they proved simultaneously universal foundation of development values and practice feasibility,it provise the superiority and flaw for us by different research angles.So we will prove two value principles of rationality of development ethics according to universal value principles and practice feasibility.
