摘要
本文从早柳叶中分离并鉴定了3个单体化合物,即芹黄素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸甙、木樨草素-7-O-β-D吡喃葡萄糖醛酸甙及化合物Ⅲ。前两者为首次从柳属植物叶片中获得,后者为首次发现的新化合物。测定它们对花生四烯酸代谢的影响,结果发现:它们均可选择性抑制花生四烯酸代谢产物12-HETE的生成量,预示它们可防治动脉硬化及过敏症;芹黄素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸甙水解后的甙元芹黄素可抑制TXB_2的生成量,提示其对血栓的形成有防治功效。
In this paper, three compounds were isolated and identified from the leaves of Salix matsudana. They are api-genin-7-0-β-D-glucopyranside( Ⅰ), luteolin-7-0-β-D-glucopyranside( Ⅱ ), compound Ⅲ . Compound Ⅰ and Ⅱ are isolated firstly from Salix spp., compound Ⅲ is found firstly in the world. Furthermore, study on effect of arachidonic acid metabolism in rat platelets by them with radio-chromatography found that they can significantly inhibit the production of 12-HETE(12-hydroxy-5,8, 10,14-eicosatetraenoic acid), which can induce allergy and arteriosclerosis. The production of apigenin-7-0-β-D-glucopyranside being hydrolyzed was apigenin, it can inhibit TXB2(thromoxane B2) which can induce platelet aggregation.
