摘要
考量高校创新性科研团队的行为模式和宏观特征,是一个较为复杂的跨学科难题。本文选取物理、化学、生物等学科的全国优秀博士学位论文为样本群,依托中国知网博士学位论文全文数据库,从博士生基本状况考察、导师及合作者分析、所在学术环境调研等视角对样本进行了较为深入的实证研究,试图揭示高校创新性科研团队某些带有规律性的宏观特征。
It is a complex interdisciplinary work that studying the behavior patterns and macroscopic features of the innovative research teams in university.Selected national excellent doctoral dissertations which related to physical,chemical,biological disciplines as a sample group,which based on the CNKI database,this paper conducted an intensive empirical research from the point of views of the general status of doctoral students,doctoral supervisors and other research collaborators as well as the academic environment.By the study above,the paper hope to reveal the macroscopic features about those innovative research team.
